Newly transformed 8th & 9th floors of office building, where modern design meets functionality in a beautifully lit space. The abundant natural light streaming through Velux roof windows has allowed us to create a unique atmosphere by using darker colors for the ceilings, adding depth and contrast to the space.

At the heart of the design is a large common area, thoughtfully positioned around the elevator shaft. This welcoming space features a continuous bench wrapped in soft cladding material that extends onto the ceilings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. For those needing a bit of privacy, we have incorporated two phone booths with glass separation doors, ensuring a quiet environment for private calls. Additionally, ample storage units have been seamlessly integrated, enhancing the utility for all occupants.

The flooring throughout the common areas and workspaces consists of modular carpet tiles with matching gradient flows that elegantly transition onto the walls, providing excellent acoustic treatment and a visually cohesive look. The eat and drink area, intentionally separated from the main volume, offers a private and cozy space equipped with everything necessary for preparing a hot meal. A large kitchen island doubles as a communal table, perfect for sharing coffee and meals during breaks.

Resting rooms are designed with a minimalist approach, featuring grey microcement walls and floors that offer seamless surfaces for easy maintenance and a sense of purity. The rooms are equipped with sleek black fixtures set against large ceramic countertops, adding a touch of sophistication to the space.
